Check out the Breasts
So this morning I had a little scare. I found a lump on my breast in the shower, doing my weekly breast exam. I started to panic. So I quickly finished up and went to look at the lump in the mirror. As it was on the surface so I could look at the area, and I just couldn't twist my boob that way to see in the shower. Anyways I am 95% sure it is just a temporary thing. But anyways. Reason for the post. I know we have all heard it.
Give yourself regular examinations.
